This site is equipped with an extensive patient education center developed to help you learn more about your conditions, treatment options, and risk factors so you can make better-educated decisions regarding your health. By registering, you can establish your own customized health profile and access our full length, evidence- and consensus-based, disease-specific medical content. The center also contains a wellness section, support group listings, suggested reading, and additional material that will assist you with your pre, post, and aftercare. You can use this resource to learn at your own pace in the comfort of your home 24 hours a day.
To create a profile and gain access to our library, all you need to do is follow the instructions on the Prescription Form that you have received from your caregiver. This form has step-by-step instructions about how to create this profile. If you have not received this form, please call our office and ask how you can obtain one.
